It’s such a hard decision to make.
He went above and beyond to use his wife’s phone.
But he’s probably cheated before, so he will get caught eventually. I wouldn’t want to be the person to ruin a marriage over a flirty text, even though it was inappropriate. But I get your view as well

I had a weird situation like this once with a childhood friend’s husband. I was good friends with him as well actually.
