It was very challenging. New job was a huge challenge but I made it through & learned soooooo much. My ex’s illness brought me back 20 years to when the last time it happened, and I finally grieved for the things that I hadn’t finishing grieving for. Stuff with the Cap made me grow & figure out my part and what it was related to.. yes my ex husband. So when I grieved, let go, it made things easier like a weight was lifted.
Like the reflection set me free. 🤪
