I kinda disagree on the list.
Sagittarius are easily top 5 in my opinion. Not only they will text you, but they will say it to your face how much they miss you haha. Both Male and Female in my experience.

Aqua can be near the top when things are going well. I can text 5-6 back to back one liners, before the first one even gets a response, np, with someone with whom i am on a friendly basis or good terms.
However if there's issues, things aren't going well or reconciliation after xyz number of attempts is required i'd say aqua belongs close to the bottom or on the bottom indeed.

It takes some time for them to reciprocate the feelings as such as they don't trust that easily and they really test you before taking any further steps.
