How would you describe yourself physically? How do you look?

You can describe yourself if you want but it’s ok if you don’t want to. 👍

This is me:

Body type: average. Not too skinny and not too fat.

Height: 5’4

Eye color: hazel

Skin type: pale skin

Tattoos or piercings? NONE

Hair color: brunette with blonde highlights.

My best feature: I think I was blessed to have straight teeth. Never had to wear braces!

Would I change something about myself? Nope. I like being me. Maybe I’d change some characteristics of my personality though.

5’4

Color my hair to a brown, red tones, guess it’s mostly grey underneath by now.

Eyes are Brown but sometimes change.. perhaps that’s Hazel?

Size 10. Which is heavy for me. I always have curves no matter the size… so funny on the curvy comment. natural size 6.

Best asset? Boobs I suppose if one was to listen to the guys.. me, maybe my hair. Thick and wavy.

Change something? Besides losing a little weight & getting fit. Nope.

I’m nothing special but I get hit on a lot constantly. I would like to be 6’4 but whatever. But I mostly get my objective.

6’1

Athletic body

Black curly hair

If you think John Legend with muscles is ugly then you will think I’m ugly asf.

I’m 6’4” but would rather be 6’1”, grass is always greener.

How is your singing?

I'm pretty average. I don't tend to stand out, which is good imo. Though when people happen to notice me I can tell there is a bit of magnetic energy I give off. I know this because people tend to feel comfortable around me, and tend to give off a really good vibe when I'm around. Like they could be having a bad day, yet my somewhat shy personality isn't overbearing, and I either give off a subconscious "I get you" vibe, or no vibe at all. It makes people feel at ease, and I'm extremely observant with people's vibrations and emotions. I kind of adjust to the vibe they give off, which I'm 100% conscious of at all times. I know you said describe how one looks physically, but mental allure makes a huge difference. I could be average or unnoticeable to one, but extremely attractive and irresistible to another. At that point it doenst really matter how I look, or how I judge myself.

I used to wear a brace every night to sleep in, back when I was younger. It wasn't supposed to straighten my spine or anything, but it just helped maintain the curve instead of letting it potentially get worse. So I wore it every night for about two years, and then my doctor said I didn't need to wear it anymore so I haven't. Probably should see the doctor again to see if my curve has worsened honestly, lol.

But it does pain me to see the curve because then I don't feel confident in form fitting dresses, which are the dresses I like the most. So I rarely ever wear them anymore.

Good idea. Are the type of exercises you do generally safe (if there are any recommendations at all)?

It might be more noticeable to you but not to other people but I understand. Wear the dresses, you worked hard for the body.

Since I'm weightlifting, I tend to go lower on weight amount and higher in rep count just because I'm afraid I'll break my back out if I go too heavy. But eventually I do wanna be able to go heavier in weight. My doctor didn't give me any exercise recommendations but he did recommend yoga for stretching and de-stressing lol...

I don't wear tight dresses anymore unless they really don't make my scoliosis too obvious. The neckline has to be a certain way too for that. I just ordered a couple of dresses and hope they fit well and don't emphasize my spinal curvature too much. It's hard not to get upset about it which is why I've never wanted to buy a full length mirror.

Kudos for staying consistent with your exercises though.

Dresses are fun since they come in different style s, there's definitely a right fit/ style for everyone.

I just find that looser fitting dresses don't really flatter me either and just make me look like a log. Haha. What style dress do you think someone with scoliosis would look good in?

And thank you. 🙂 Trying to maintain a healthier diet too, which is hard.

Yes, it was only to be used for sleeping. I didn't need to wear a brace during the day. It actually wasn't too hard to get used to sleeping in; it was definitely thick but the interior was some sort of foamy material so that made it less uncomfortable. I slept on my side like I always have. 🙂

Does your friend see a doctor regularly for her scoliosis? Has her doctor recommended anything for her to be able to manage?

No she isn't focused on her health. I seem to be more interested in that then she is 🤷lol

When she is ready to deal with this, I want to be ready.

Lastly, custom fit or subscription or store bought?

Custom fit! The doctor took a look at the scans and measured the degrees of my spinal curves (I have an S-shaped curve) and then we moved onto the fitting plus the velcro straps, which were on one side of the brace, and looped through some links on the other side so that you could fasten up the brace to the body. That's basically how it went, and I put it on every night for about two years and then the doctor basically said I didn't need it anymore.

5'7 slender and a bit angular. Brown eyes caramel latte skin tone. Easy on the eyes.

When I don't give a shit, I look homeless.

A bit of effort, mellow with a touch of style .

Dress to impress, when I go to the store people ask if I'm the manager and managers thing they are being inspected.

It's surprising how much presentation effects people's reaction to you. You can really screw with people if you wanted to.
