Dont necessarily think there is a one size fits all answer. The best thing would be to ask individually. Like Halle Berry's ex I think it was Eric Benet said he was a sex addict I think. that was his individual reason. The best i can come up with is be sufficiently careful and cautious and try to have an idea of who the other person is. Try to see who and what you are dealing with. Goes for men and women.
why are there so many sex addicts in Hollywood.
David Duchnovy is the most well known sex addict, along with Charlie Sheen.
On a side note, I think monogamy is a choice. That innately, humans weren't meant to be so. I think there are those that have the willpower to stay true, and some that don't. The same applies with many things in life.

I think that a lot of people have trouble being honest with themselves and others about changing feelings. One day, someone might wake up next to their lover and feel that there is really nothing there anymore. But they choose not to say anything, since they think it might hurt them. You know what I miss most about being a child? The power to forgive. When we are kids, we have such a short memory, and grudges seem like such fatalistic realities. We might tell someone we hate them, but in 10 minutes, we will hug and make up and that hate will be gone forever. But as we grow, we become more set in our ways. Our feet become planted in the ground like tree roots, and every fiber of our being tells us we are right. And one day, when we tell someone that we hate them, that's it. We won't speak for 25 years. Why should we not hug and make up? Our feelings are much the same between our youthful selves and our adult selves. What is worth fighting so severely over that cannot be so honestly resolved by just being truthful about your emotions?
People fall out of love, sure, but how much *more* love would the world have if we all just spoke honestly about our feelings?

maybe not be IN love, like a puppy love, your eyes are full of stars but a deeper love replaces that.
i think too that people do need to be honest with eachother. ask eachother if you love eachother ..do you still feel for me when you did when you told me you loved me years ago?
ask those things that plague your mind and soul. i think that will help some people if they see their partner unhappy.

the women shouldn't try to understand a male's reasoning for cheating from her perspective. she just simply has to understand the man is wired differently from her. when the woman try to understand it from her perspective. she would undoutedly believe it's a captital punishment crime. the reality is men and women are very different in this respect FOR THE MOST part.
a man with a healthy sex drive and a good dick game will most likely cheat. i'm someone that's been on both sides of the fence again with many many guy friends.
in every verifiable source of comparison from strip clubs to hoor houses we can see men frequent these places farrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr more than women. whY? it's because of variety. that's it. men would cheat because another girl has darker skin. maybe fairer skin. or blonde. whatever it might be..... men just like variety. vast majority of men given power/status/money are going to be absolutely raging cheaters. it's just what it is.
on top of the hoorhouse and strip club disparity, just look at the community of gay men.
the average gay man has 50 sex partners. not 5. not 10. not 20. not 35. fukken 50. if that doesn't prove men love variety i don't know what will.
but i see that a lot with the more buff/more masculine men, not so much the effemininate gay man, they react more like women and would like commitment more. But i don't know how true that is, because I've only heard of such limited accounts.

2) The beautiful woman is lacking in her personality. The guy bit more than he could chew.
3) The confident beauty doesn't put up with his bullshit and calls him out on it. He wants someone who will put up with it and so he has to find either a beauty with low self esteem or a woman who is less beautiful because most likely they will put up with it.

Women go shopping a lot and like to buy a pair of shoes every now and then, because every pair is new, unspent and exciting - that's how men feel about women. It doesn't necessarily mean that a new gal is hotter than the previous one, it's just that she is new or say different.
From my point of view:
Men cheat because of sex most of the time but I don't think the majority of men enjoys having a secret affair if they are in relationships - it's stressful.
Women cheat if they think they can get a better guy and they like to experience a new adventure. I think women have affairs because they like the thrill too.

I don't think it's necessarily "allow" but more like tolerate. My Cancer grandpa was known to cheat on my Cap grandma with multiple women but she had tolerated it at first.. but then other things became a problem for them and so their marriage ultimately failed. She had tolerated it because she was satisfied with how comfortable she'd become in life and simply treated him as someone who "provided for the children." In a way, the marriage was dead anyway. I have seen this toleration in 3 other women and they've all explained that they let this happen because they have accepted that it is "the nature of men." And that they want to "keep" their marriage- for the children, for the comfort and perhaps even for the companionship. But some marriages never survive after infidelity and even when it does, there's always a sense of resentment.

I've never heard of them before, until now when I googled, women who allow their men to cheat and that came up too.
I feel kind of sad for Monique when I watch her. the way she DEFENDS her husband and herself in the marriage.

he's deeply disgusted by her, so he ACTS out the crime.

My Cancer grandpa was known to cheat on my Cap grandma with multiple women but she had tolerated it at first.. but then other things became a problem for them and so their marriage ultimately failed. She had tolerated it because she was satisfied with how comfortable she'd become in life and simply treated him as someone who "provided for the children." In a way, the marriage was dead anyway. I have seen this toleration in 3 other women and they've all explained that they let this happen because they have accepted that it is "the nature of men." And that they want to "keep" their marriage- for the children, for the comfort and perhaps even for the companionship. But some marriages never survive after infidelity and even when it does, there's always a sense of resentment.
