I'm pretty sure i have ptsd and anxiety that is hindering parts of my life. i've heard to go to therapy but it almost sounds like a generic thing to say to someone.

Do you ever feel an intense heaviness around someone with their bodies attacked by cancer? if you stay around half hour by the person or even an hour, you feel dizziness and feel like you are going to throw up and die yourself?

I trained as an aromatherapist some years ago and swear by the oils. lately i have been using peppermint oil a lot for pain relief (i have neck arthritis which results in moderate to intense head pain most days).

Mix a few drops of essential oil of lavender with aloe vera gel. apply every two to three hours and watch it heal.

I don't often get overly stressed these days, but today some of my electrics blew...i was trying to use the vacuum cleaner and it circuited out. i have people coming to stay over today so it couldn't have happened at a worse time....

My doctor suggested that i put an ice pack on my torn ligaments but i just don't see the purpose of it is anybody know why it's suggested to ice an injured or torn ligament?

What does keeping a leg lifted or elevated do for recovery. i keep being told to keep my leg higher than the rest of my body i'm not really sure how that's helping anything i have a sprained knee; i thought it was a charlie horse i thought it was a muscle

What is the difference between a pulled muscle and a charley horse? so far two hours of massage has helped greatly but i can't stand on it in order to get the water that's in the living room so those of you who had charlie horses were you up and about and
